The frequency range detected by the SN-4 is able to detect an extended frequency range and can be used for all instruments including guitar.
The tuners are chromatic, and have a 1/4 inch input jack and an internal microphone for note detection.
The Snark defaults to the tuning reference of A-440Hz.
As soon as you play a note, the Snark’s color display will indicate the note you are playing and how close to pitch you are.
The left side of the display (red) indicates flat, the right of the display (yellow) indicates sharp.
